Further, vide order of the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, Kolkata Bench dated 20.04.2023 Mr. Kamal Prakash Singh having Registration Number- IBBI/IPA-001/IP-P-01722/2019 -2020/12653, the undersign has been appointed as the Interim Resolution Professional in replacement of Mr. Balaknath Bhattacharyya. The said order copy was uploaded on the website of the NCLT on 22.04.2023.
